Corgis may be short in stature but -- like Tyrion Lannister -- have a sturdy build and strength that can surprise you. Ergo, rules must be strictly enforced unless you want a little dervish on your hands.
Corgis are socially adept... getting along with other pets is a breeze and you won't have to worry about a ruckus when humans walk by the house. It can be territorial towards strange animals but gets along with just about anyone after a few sniffs.
This dog does need moderate playtime. Chasing balls is an ideal way to keep it physically and emotionally healthy, and with 30 minutes of daily throwing and 20 minutes of affection this dog will go to the ends of the earth for you. It's easy to maintain too -- its short coat makes for fairly easy grooming.
