Because Alice is so normal, it’s hard to distinguish her defining characteristic -- unless you include a love for exploring. “Naiveté” also comes to mind, as do “wide-eyed” and “gullible”, but it would be unfair to leave it there. For while Alices are conformists, they are also quite Machiavellian in their approach: they conform because they’ve learned that it gets them what they want.
Alices know that there’s always room for improvement, and most have a plan to get pretty much of everything they want, and the secret to their success is not wanting too much in the first place. As long as she can buy time for her solitary pursuits then she’ll do just fine.
